You know it's been a minute since I've updated because the entire blogger layout is different from the last time I posted. #truth !! Here's just a quick post of what I wore to work - not very pinteresting, but running around in skyways requires comfortable shoes. :)

Didn't go out for St. Patty's but got into the spirit via my nails + beanie. Been dying to take out these shorts!!! Exclamation points don't justify my excitement for them. I like my pants baggy & my heels high ;) PS. don't mind the band-aids in the last photo - these shoes are literally killer (I mean that in every way possible). Oh, and I decided to resize my photos...go big or go home right? xx

Don't get me wrong, I'm loving this sudden burst of warm weather but kind of mad it came out of nowhere & I was totally unprepared (as in, I need to shave my legs & paint my toenails). Anyway, finally got to stop by my friend Romeny's little boutique in Mendota Heights & picked up their last "screw you" ring - can't wait to utilize this (flick someone off for good measure). :) xx

Two Twenty Nine.

Not wearing anything especially exciting for Leap day. This Zara wrap is super ancient (fuzzies included) & something I picked up years ago during one of my many 36-hour trips to Vegas w/Mak. You know the kind where you wake up frantic the next day because you're 15 mins from missing your flight & still completely gone from the night before, no? Can't relate? =X #besttripsever

New favorite thing is the bow-tie necklace I picked up while thrifting with Mads, Mel & Ana Cristina after the shoot on Saturday.  A day full of good thrift finds, meow-ing and Mexican food. <3

Styling.

As I promised - some photoshoot pics. I loved styling Ana Cristina (or any model for that matter because they all apparently fit my clothes) from Ignite, who is a natural mover. Altogether, the girl is just a straight up gangsta: shooting outside in summer clothes in the dead of winter (did I mention we live in Minnesota?), hanging out of windows, climbing up into cupboards, etcetera. <3.

The first set is from the shoot I did with Ana/Taylor/Mel/JJ/Amber. I'm also attaching some photos of Ana shot by my favorite hippie/rapper/photographer Madison Dube - which I was present for but did NOT style. To be honest, was kind of wierded out by having to just stand there & observe instead of styling. Mel & I were like crackheads getting all jittery, just wanted to throw a watch or a belt on it (her)... okay, crackhead is probably a bad comparison. PS. Keep in mind, Maddy has been using her throwback film camera for her shoots including the Black Onyx one we did awhile back. #dropdeadtalented, right? I may or may not include some BHS photos from the shoot with Taylor later (it includes a styled giraffe). Enjoy! xx Davee
