This week's theme is definitely iridescent bottoms. Excuse the unhappy face + messy arrangement inside my clutch; you would think carrying around a transparent clutch would be incentive enough for me to clean my sh*t up, but nope - not I. These trousers are oldies but goodies, pared it down with an over-sized chambray shirt as the pants are obviously in a league of its' own. 

Golden.

Not sure what compelled me to pose so awkwardly, but this is a typical je ne sais quoi office look for me: comfy jeans, a loose sweater and pumps. I was a little lazy today but if there were ever a day to do detail shots, it would be today; the jeans have the cutest zips on the pockets + at the ankles and the high waist is a little reminiscent of Sandy from Grease, non? Also, these pumps I thrifted last year have the best cut-outs and ostrich print detail. But alas.... #lazybloggerproblems.

Scored this Wayne sweater/poncho/hoodie - whatever you wanna call it, at a clothing swap and we've been inseparable ever since. The perf standout piece for whenever my outfit is feeling a little uninspired.

Shortly after I returned from New York, I went to Mexico for the BFF's bday. Every day consisted of delicious food, drinks + lots of beach whalin' it. #livinthedream and now we're back to reality..womp womp.
