Let it Shine

These pants evoke numerous nicknames - mermaid pants, Cambodian pants and sometimes people just have to ask "what are those?!". Talk about pants power! Either way, I love 'em. There's a semi-geeky story behind them, but only fellow fashion fanatics would truly understand so I'll save it for a rainy day. 

The necklace is newly acquired, picked it up at Chicago Fashion Week's shopping event in Millennium Park over the weekend. The boyf chose (& purchased) it and I couldn't help but love it too as I do with everything tortoise shelled. xxo, davee
